Refund policy

You can return any product to us for a full refund within 15 days of the date of purchase only if the product is defective or has a manufacturing error. Any used product including helicopter parts or electronics do not qualify for a refund. Before sending a product back to us, please obtain an RMA number from our support team by opening a ticket via support.bkhobbies.com.
