Shipping policy

Product Availability:

"In stock" items are shipped within 1-2 business days, in most cases items are shipped on the same day (see cutoff time below). Pre-order items will ship upon arrival, depending on the brand and type of product, it could take as little as 3-5 days or as long as 3 weeks. If your order includes "in stock" and pre-order (out of stock) items, in most cases in stock items will ship first and pre-order items will ship later. However, this is strictly dependent upon the total dollar amount of each group of items. For example, if you pre-order a new SAB kit and include a couple of parts with it, the parts will ship together with the kit once it arrives. Shipping Cutoff Times:

All orders received are shipped as soon as humanly possible. However, we have cut off times simply because our carriers pick up a different times throughout the day:

• Orders shipped via USPS will ship on the same day Monday through Friday as long as the order is received by 11:30 AM Eastern Time
• Orders shipped by UPS will ship on the same day Monday through Friday as long as received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time

Once again, these cut off times are in place because of the time of the day these carriers show up at our warehouse to pick up the orders. If you are a dealer and your order is rather large, please allow an extra day or two for processing. All smaller orders will ship the same day as long as received by the cutoff time.

Shipping Costs:

Most products qualify for free shipping as long as your order is over $150.00, the exception to this is large and bulky items, such as canopies and booms, these items qualify for free shipping as long as your order is over $200. 

We also offer USPS (United States Postal Service) "ground advantage" shipping on most orders, these rates are usually quite low when ordering small items.
